Commander Robert Alpigini, USN (Retired)

Bob Alpigini served 22 years in the U.S. Navy building, training, and leading high performance teams to protect our nation’s interests. Throughout his naval career he performed in numerous roles of operational importance and strategic significance. As a Global Security and Middle East operations expert on the Joint Staff, he was responsible for developing strategy and providing best military advice to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Secretary of Defense, and President. Prior to that, he was the Commanding Officer of the highly decorated Ballistic Missile Defense Aegis Destroyer, USS STOUT (DDG 55), leading all aspects of the performance of critical national missions around the globe. Additionally, Bob served with the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group in Dam Neck, VA, developing and leading highly sophisticated programs which innovated nationally critical Special Operations.

Bob leverages his expertise in organizational leadership, program management, and strategic analysis as a leadership coach and strategic planning consultant for organizational management and growth implementation.

Bob earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters of Public Administration from the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
