You and your team will experience the thrills of NASCAR racing at speeds of up to 140 mph while absorbing first hand the lessons of high performance teambuilding and leadership development. You’ll be amazed at the level of trust and compatibility that is established through this unique, one-of-a-kind event.
 

This Catalyst Program will also instill in the participants the powerful Eight Secrets of Inspirational Leadership seminar.  This seminar will connect the event to the team’s immediate experience and to highlight the team building aspects of this activity. The seminar will touch on methods for communicating the vision and mission of a team, and their influence on the psyche of the team as it works towards its objectives.
