The charming historic town of Annapolis is the backdrop for Team Concepts catalyst program called ‘Team Sailing'.  Your team will have the chance to sail on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay while learning valuable teamwork and leadership lessons on board. Under the supervision of professional sailors, your team will learn be taught to sail your boats by working together as a high performance team.

In addition, trained military historian and US Naval Academy graduate Dan Lyons will take your group on a walking tour of the US Naval Academy. Using the leadership lessons imparted through his military and academic training, Dan will make modern day analogies between the historic significance of the Naval Academy traditions and the here and now, challenging your participants to discover the dynamics within themselves and their teams to become more self aware leaders.
