Conquer your market with Team Pop Star training. 

Allow your colleagues to fulfill their onstage pop star fantasies! This fun, teamwork intensive program focuses on ‘Celebrating the Journey’ and learning to articulate a common team vision. Your group is broken down into small teams; each will choose a genre of music from our provided list (rap, 80’s heavy metal, grunge, country-western, disco, new wave, etc.). We have costumes and props for each genre of music. Each group can choose from a list of over 200 existing songs in our professional band’s catalog, or come up with their own tune, but all teams must make up their own lyrics to the song. We provide break-out sessions, to examine and discuss group dynamics and how the team is formulating and processing their vision through each phase.
 

Stage time! Each team performs their song on stage and is judged by a panel of judges; teams are assessed by how well they incorporate the company’s vision and team building into their lyrics, as well as on creativity, choreography, and ‘flare’. Professional musicians help with rehearsal and back up the team as much as needed during their concert. The winning team gets special trophies; all groups receive medals.
