This first step in The Blended Solution involves live seminar/experiential based learning. Catalyst and Capstone programs are templates that can be customized by the client and Team Concepts Inc. to suit specific training needs.
 

The goal of any company or organization is to have professionals who are comfortable with one another and with working toward a common solution. In order to achieve these goals, staff members must be willing to communicate, to compromise and to establish boundaries amongst themselves. The Hollywood Program is designed to fill those needs.
 

Team dynamics, creativity, and fun are all part of this unique adventure that has team members playing multiple roles to produce their own award-winning “Best Picture.” And with Team Concepts’ staff and Hollywood producer/director/actor Sean Astin as your personal coaches, this program will live forever in the hearts and memories of your people. Teams are formed from among the participants, then given the task of producing a 10-minute movie. 

The productions are based on famous movie themes, but also must include the critical elements of current organization initiatives, values, goals or direction. The teams are given cameras, props, pocket money, and a deadline, then turned loose on the streets and parks of the local city to begin their adventure assignment. Upon returning from filming, the teams take a rest period, then reconvene for dinner, viewing of the finished productions, judging, and the Team Hollywood Awards ceremony.
 

Everyone’s a winner! Teams are supported by a full compliment of teambuilding professionals so that there is a clear learning component to the event. Participants will come away with an appreciation of the power of teamwork and collaboration, team synergy and innovation.
 

A Team Concepts “Director/Coach” will be assigned to each team to follow and assist through the day. They will help with technical aspects and relate what is going on in the team to the Team Champion message.  Each team will shoot with one camera, several different tapes, and have the chance to rehearse each shot.
 

Several breaks will be scheduled into the day to allow the teams to reflect on their experiences so far and to relate lessons learned back into their own work and personal lives. The Team Hollywood program involves all participants in a fun program that develops Team Spirit, and leads directly to camaraderie and commitment. The format leads further to free and open communication between team members.
