Team Concepts will provide an exciting catalyst program of integrated learning based the lessons of leadership through the Civil War's Battle of Gettysburg.  The Battle of Gettysburg, which took place from July 1-3, 1863, was a turning point in the Civil War. As with many military exercises, this battle teaches us many lessons about effective leadership and teamwork under exceptional circumstances.

Trained military historian Dan Lyons will walk your group through the battlefields of Gettysburg, bringing alive the challenges faced by both sides, and the leaders who led their soldiers through the battle. Dan will make modern day analogies between these three days in 1863 and the here and now, challenging your participants to discover the dynamics within themselves and their teams to become more self aware leaders.
