Professional Dragon Boaters and coaches will take your team out on the river to learn to work together to achieve your goals. It’s a fun, safe activity for those team who truly want to learn to ‘pull together’. Your team will be taking part in its own Dragon Boat race - including training, a race, and medal ceremony - which will become a model for the concepts to be addressed in the seminars. This approach enhances understanding and retention of those concepts, while creating a vigorous and novel learning environment.  All team members will receive medals for the day’s achievement.
