Each program is completed at each individual’s pace. Progress through the on-line training can be monitored by the participant and by a team leader. Flexibility and quality make this web based continuous learning the perfect follow-up strategy for any individual or company.

Step 3: Interventions

Refocusing and reinforcing the lessons learned in all of the Team Concepts Inc. training and the Eight Secrets of Inspirational Leadership, these condensed programs engage your teams at pre-arranged intervals throughout a customized training cycle. Interventions can be a speaker presenting and refocusing a small portion of your team or as grand as a complete Catalyst Program to reignite your team’s energy.

Step 4: Capstone Programs

This is the celebration of the successful business and training cycle and preparation for the coming challenges. Team Concepts Inc. training and the Eight Secrets of Inspirational Leadership require recognition of all achievements in their many forms and the continuous refinement of leadership and high performance skills. Capstone Programs provide the venue for positive engagement, communication and inspiration to all participating team members, focusing on lessons learned, goals met and new challenges ahead.
